Diet plan!

Just now Muh En (colleague) asked me, I need BRAIN or BODY and I answered BODY hahaha =p

It’s the truth ma, for now if you don’t have looks people also don’t want to hiew(layan) you lah. If hiew you also yi si yi si nia.

If you are pretty, people treat you BETTER!

Who wants to have an ugly girlfriend? NO ONE, it is so not fair. For guys if they have a little fat they still consider OK caused they look manly but not for GIRLS, a little fat looks UGLY!

I got A LOT A LOT A LOT A LOT A LOT A LOT A LOT A LOT of FATSSSSSSSS =( Still trying to lose weight

Hope within this year I can be SLIM!!

Few days ago chat with Fion she go for gym and started her diet plan, because she is going to engaged on the 7th of May. She had a personal trainer in gym so it makes me feel like want too. So I asked her how much it actually cost.

It is way too expensive for me, I can’t afford for that! LOVELY FION told me what the trainer had teach her hehe =)

For workout threadmill for 30mins (not JOG, just fast WALK) and 30min for other exercise. As for food consume, must eat less salt and carbohydrate!

11am, 3pm & 8pm or 9pm I forgot hehe eat some yoghurt(low fat) or some fruits but not banana & durian. Most important of all must drink A LOT of WATER!!

Believe in yourself! I CAN DO IT hahahaha =p
